Student James Savard-Ferguson Receives Sports Grant
SLC Student and successful snowboard cross athlete James Savard-Ferguson is the recipient of a $4,000 student athlete grant, awarded by Coaching Financier Trek.
James has had 4 top five finishes at the NorAm Cup in the 2022-2023 season. He also placed 13th at the World Junior Championships in March 2022, and will compete in the Championships once again later this week. James studies Pure and Applied Science at St. Lawrence and hopes to become an engineer. You can read more about him and his fellow grant recipients in the press release here.
