CEGEP Champlain ‐ St. Lawrence wishes to inform its students and employees that renovations and upgrades will begin as early as Monday, May 6, 2019. This work will involve renovating the bathrooms, changing rooms and flooring from the locker rooms to the stairwell (refer to image below).

As of May 6^th, Lévesque Construction will proceed with the installation of a construction fence outdoors and indoors. Throughout the duration of the renovations, we remind you to be vigilant and to be attentive to the signage.

Here is an overview of the scheduled progress and logistics:

• Starting at 5:30 pm on May 6^th, there will be a partial closure of the parking area to accommodate two containers. In the College, rooms 118 (yoga room), 120 (clubroom), 122 (class) and 127 (class), will not be accessible during the duration of the work. The two hallways along the sanitary block will not be accessible.
  • We ask students to empty their personal belongings from the locker rooms by May 3^rd. Any personal belongings found in the locker rooms after that date will be sent to lost and found;
  • Students keeping material and/or equipment in room 120 must recover it before May 3^rd.

• From May 7 to 17^th at 5:30 pm, demolition will be done in the evening during the exam period.
• Starting May 21^st, the work will be done during the day until August 9^th.
• As of June 10^th, the hallway (from locker rooms to the stairwell) will not be accessible as we are moving the existing lockers and preparing this section for the demolition work that will take place on or about June 25^th. Subsequently, the fitness center and the corridor will not be accessible as of June 10^th.

• Work is scheduled to be completed by August 9^th.
