Results of the Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge 2017
We are happy to announce that our St Lawrence Math team did very well in the Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge 2017 that was held last November. Three of the participants: Benjamin Corbett, Christophe Caron, and Safia Elkadiri Elyamani earned certificates of Performance with Distinction, and three more: Jeanne Laflamme, Catherine Mailly, and Nicholas Gordon earned certificates of Performance with Honours. Additionally, Benjamin Corbett was invited to take part in the Qualifying Repêchage for the Canadian Mathematical Olympiad. We wish him the best of luck there!
