St. Lawrence Students Attend McGill Model UN

This Thursday, January 25th and Friday, January 26th, 2024, eight St. Lawrence students will be headed to Montreal to take part in McGill Model United Nations (McMUN 2024).

Taking place over five days, from January 24th-28th, this simulation is the most prestigious model UN in Canada. Our student-delegates have each been assigned a country and committee (scroll down to see which) and they have been preparing for this simulation since last August.

In Montréal, they will discuss the theme of their committee with delegations from other colleges and universities (both national and international) and find solutions to some of the world's most pressing problems.

We wish the best of luck to our students as they take part in this exciting event!
