Forces Avenir - Seeking Students and Projects
Are you involved at your college or in your community? Do you like to put your leadership skills to good use in unifying projects? Is your engagement a source of academic motivation? Forces AVENIR is for you!
What is Forces AVENIR?
Forces AVENIR aims to recognize, honour and promote the commitment of students in projects that contribute to the development of socially conscious, responsible, active and persevering citizens who are both dedicated to their community and open to the world. Every year, the program awards $60,000 in grants and $40,000 in project funding in various categories:
- Art, Literature and Culture
- Mutual Aid, Peace and Justice
- Social Economy, Entrepreneurship and Business
- Environment
- Health and Healthy Living
- Science and Technology
- Society, Communications and Education
- Committed Personality
- Persevering Personality
- Committed Staff Member
There is also up to $ 500 in prize money available for St. Lawrence winners!
We want to hear all about your extraordinary projects and achievements! You could be selected as a Forces AVENIR winner at St. Lawrence, and maybe even be recognized at the provincial level.
Submit your nominations through Forces Avenir in English or in French. The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, February 16th, 2024.
