Having faced many challenges in his life, including depression and six concussions, former hockey player, Antoine Paradis-Tremblay discovered the importance of having a passion in life. Wanting to share this life-changing realization, Antoine decided to create his conference, L’Effet Bula. L’Effet Bula focuses on the importance of having a passion in life in order to become the best versions of ourselves and help us overcome our darkest moments. Through his talks, Antoine strives to help people understand that we cannot wait to have a shock or tragedy in our lives to live our passions every day.
