Lions Hockey: Facing Adversity in the First Weekend of the Second Round
After sweeping André-Laurendeau in the first round, our Lions faced a lot more adversity in the first two games of the quarter-finals. In Alma on Saturday, the Lions played well defensively but could not get anything going offensively. Simon Boucher was the Lions’ best player with 38 saves.

The second game took place at home, where the Lions came close to tying the game but the comeback fell short. Despite 3 goals, our team is now down 0-2 in this best-of-five series and will face elimination Friday night in Alma.
