Collegiate volleyball is a highly competitive sport that allows athletes to continue honing their skills and performance. St. Lawrence revived its volleyball team in 2021, reestablishing a program dedicated to excellence, growth and the development of student-athletes natural leadership in a human-scale environment.

In addition to workshops led by high-profile presenters covering key aspects of volleyball, psychology, and nutrition, we have a team of five dedicated coaches whose combined experience exceeds 40 years at the regional, provincial, and national levels in both volleyball and fitness.

Tryouts

Team tryouts are open to all SLC students and are held during the first two weeks of classes.

Practices

The team practices 8 to 10 hours per week.

Competition Calendar

The season starts in mid-October and finishes in mid-March, followed by the North-East Conference Championships  the third weekend of March, and the Provincial Championships during the first weekend of April.
