Cross-Country
Collegiate cross-country is a highly competitive sport that pushes student-athletes to their limits. The St. Lawrence Lions proudly compete in the Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec (RSEQ) Nord-East conference, facing off against 22 other cegeps in the province.

Tryouts
Team tryouts are open to all SLC students and are held during the first two weeks of classes.
Practices
The team practices two times per week.
Competition Calendar
The races take place on Saturdays in the months of September and October. The calendar is composed of 2 regular season races, followed by the North-East Conference Championships, and then the RSEQ Provincial Championships. If the team qualifies, they also have the opportunity to compete at the CCAA National Championships.
