“Final Painting Project” Exhibition

The “Final Painting Project” exhibition features the last project of the students in the Painting course. Take a look at their marvellous paintings on the 3rd floor hallway beside the exit door from now until May 5th. Students chose to paint an original composition or to make a study of a painting or be inspired from a painting from the past. Original compositions were created from a variety of references, including personal photos and sketches drawn from reality, memory, or imagination. Students inspired by paintings from the past did so after a thorough analysis of the artist’s technique, examining the brushwork, traces of paint layers, and the artist’s color palette.
