English will be used throughout the camp.

Typical Day

8 am - Campers may arrive

8:30 am - Rally, daily explanations and Lions cheers

8:45 am - Busses leave for other gyms

9 to 10:15 am - Skill session

10:15 to 10:30 am - Snack

10:30 to 11:45 am - Basketball Knowledge session

12:00 to 1 pm - Lunch

1:15 pm to 2:45 pm - Team practice

2 to 3 pm - Snack

3 to 3:45 pm - Scrimmages and game like drills

3:45 pm - Busses leave for St. Lawrence

4 pm - Awards presentation

Campers may stay on until 5 pm
