Your Health Wellness Club is introducing zootherapy as a way to reduce stress and anxiety before the mid-terms.
As creatures that love unconditionally, animals never pass judgement.
They welcome people young and old with open arms, knocking down walls between the zootherapist and their client.
In addition to providing comfort, the animals are a huge source of motivation.
20 minute sessions (in groups of three) will be available to students. Please do not book more than one session per week so everyone can benefit from the service.
