English Exit Exam
YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THE ENGLISH EXIT EXAM (Ministerial Examination of College English). As you know, you must both write AND PASS this exam in order to obtain your Diploma of Collegial Studies.
DATE: Wednesday, December 19, 2018
TIME: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Arrive no later than 8:00 a.m.
LOCATION: The room number will be indicated on your exam schedule
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
- Your student ID card or ID with photo. Students who arrive without any ID will NOT be permitted to write the exam.
- A black or blue pen. The final copy must be written in ink. No rough copies will be corrected by the Ministry.
- A unilingual or bilingual dictionary and thesaurus are permitted. References cannot be shared.
MATERIALS NOT PERMITTED IN THE ROOM:
- Electronic dictionaries;
- Cell phones, iPods, MP3 and CD players and any other digital media players;
- Personal notes, course notes, handbooks and books on essay writing and presentation.
If the English Exit Exam doe not appear in your Exam Schedule and you respond to the admission criteria (having passed two of the three courses (603-101, 603-102, 603-103) and be in the process of completing the third (603-102 or 603-103)) please contact Josée Guilbault (jguilbault@slc.qc.ca) or in room 233.
